Its role is to conduct the actions of the private and public partners for the employment in the area of Tourcoing intended for managers, unemployed and employees.

Following the three main goals of the various Maisons de l’Emploi, the MDE of Tourcoing promotes and coordinates with its partners the different assets of the area with two poles:

• The pole for Employment and Profesionnal Mobility is forecasting the transfers operated in Tourcoing with the creation of  long-term jobs, it follows up all the local projects ( Promenade de Flandres, Programmes of the city centre, etc.....) and supports the companies of Tourcoing which participate to the development of the employment.

• The pole for Creation and Undertaking sustains the creation of  perennial companies and  promotes the arrival of new activities on priority sectors , as well as the taking -over and the acquisitions of  companies.
